What now? You'll get an email to on-board you onto the programme which will start with individual coaching calls the week of 19 April 2021. The following week there will be a group coaching call at a time that best suits all 4 participants - timings on offer will be 9am, 10am, 7pm and 8pm. If these times really aren't going to work for you, please contact me before committing so we can make sure that we can make this work for you. Side effects will include huge amounts of commitment to your goals, a sense of accountability, knowing you are going in the right direction and feeling satisfied and fulfilled.
